	3 Bedroom Orlando Vacation Rental Town Houses Town Houses are 2 story vacation rental homes in resort style communities (gated!) and have all amenities as the Orlando vacation rental condos here above. In fact, communities like these usually will be a combination of condos and town houses. The upgraded town houses will come with a splash pool on the back patio and a parking space in front of the unit. These types of vacation rental usually have one master suite down stairs and 2 or 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. Town Houses will have 2 or 3 baths.

For all our rentals: towels, linens, washer-dryer, iron, full kitchen and more are provided in each unit. At point of sale all these units are furnished with packages and look fairly the same. When building your vacation in Orlando, please bear in mind that only the upgraded town houses may have a splash pool. For these upgraded town homes the option of pool heating will be available. If you are pleased in simply having a community pool near your town home, please remember that pool heating in a community pool is typically activated only in the cooler months of our seasons. Just like a private pool home here in Orlando, town houses also have a legal requirement on how many people can stay in a property (maximum capacity) at any given time. For example, a 2 bedroom town house would sleep 6 people according to the law. Bear in mind that most likely there will only be bedding for 4 people but you can add a crib or have someone sleep on the sofa. We strongly suggest providing an unforgettable Orlando vacation to all the people in your party by simply reserving a larger town home.
